These terms cover the FluxoKit Text Updates messaging program operated by FluxoKit, LLC. The general FluxoKit Terms at https://fluxokit.ai/terms also apply to your use of FluxoKit products.
SMS and text messaging terms
Program description
When you opt in through the chat widget on https://updates.fluxokit.ai/, FluxoKit, LLC sends marketing and promotional text messages: new model and feature launches, tutorials and creative tips, member offers, event invitations and product announcements.
How to opt in
Enter your mobile number in the chat widget and select the optional marketing consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Opt out
You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. We will send one message to confirm, and then you will receive no further marketing messages. To join again, opt in through the chat widget.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. The program is intended for United States mobile numbers. Tell us if you change or give up your number.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy and Opt-In Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes and ending the program
We may change or end the program at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version of these terms.
